Of Romanian-French origin, Anatol de Cap Rouge grew up in a lot of different places and environments around the globe. Due to his parent‘s worldwide engagements, the family was constantly on the move.
From his early childhood on, travelling into his colorful dream worlds has always been a way to escape from the high expectations and requirements his family imposed on him. His dream worlds became a very important reality - something he could take with him wherever he was forced to move. Or to put it in his words: "I became aware of the magnitude and significance of distancing myself from the world as far as possible around the age of 8.“
With his art, Anatol de Cap Rouge found an instrument to open the curtains and show his dream worlds to a greater audience. THE DREAM SERIES is his first series in photography. Welcome to Anatol‘s Worlds.
